Single-Family Home Sales Declined 8.1% in June
Washington, DC, July 26, 2022-Sales of new single-family houses in June 2022 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 590,000, according to estimates released jointly by the U.S. Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, 8.1% below the revised May rate of 642,000 and 17.4% below the June 2021 estimate of 714,000.
Home Prices Rose 19.7% in May, Down From 20.6% in Previous Month
