New Jersey Charges Six Flooring Stores with Fraud

Newark, NJ, October 20--The state has sued six Floor Superstore locations for consumer fraud, charging that 112 customers who complained of difficulty in getting refunds and other problems are owed $125,000, according to Newsday.
