Irvine, CA, March 8, 2017—Home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased year over year by 6.9% in January 2017 compared with January 2016 and increased month over month by 0.7% in January 2017 compared with December 2016, according to the CoreLogic Home Price Index.

Washington, DC, March 8, 2017--Nonfarm business sector labor productivity increased at a 1.3% annual rate during the fourth quarter of 2016, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has reported, as output increased 2.4% and hours worked increased 1.0%.
