Jer-And Acquired by WILsquare Capital’s Crown Products

St. Louis, MO, December 22, 2020-WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced that its portfolio company Crown Products has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Jer-And, a distributor of flooring and flooring installation solutions based in St. Louis.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Founded in 1992, Jim Simek and his team have established Jer-And as a premier provider of flooring and flooring installation solutions in St. Louis and surrounding areas. A strong culture of knowledge, commitment to their customers and success permeates the organization and is the foundation of its service and delivery model.
