Texas Flooring Retailer Charged with Felony Theft

Denison, TX, March 20, 2018-Melenie Barajas, former owner of Apex Flooring in Denison, Texas, was arrested last week on three felony theft charges, according to KXII12.

Barajas is accused of having scammed customers out of more than $20,000, and the police are asking additional victims to come forward.

Barajas’ victims were asked to pay up front for their flooring but were not provided with the products or services promised.
