Stanton Acquires Antrim Carpets USA
Mayfield Heights, OH, November 29, 2007—Stanton Carpet Corp. has purchased Antrim Carpets USA Ltd, according to Crain's Cleveland Business.
Stanton is a portfolio company of private equity firm Linsalata Capital Partners of Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Antrim is a designer, importer and wholesaler of hand-loomed carpets and rugs for the residential and commercial markets.
