SpecChem Acquires Interest in Aggretex Systems

Kansas City, MO, November 5, 2018-SpecChem, an leading supplier of concrete construction building materials, has acquired a 50% interest in leading decorative concrete manufacturer Aggretex Systems.

The newly forged relationship has resulted in the creation of AggretexSC. 

While the businesses will share resources and technology, the companies will continue to run independently. AggretexSC will continue to be headquartered in Tracy, California under Curt Thompson’s leadership.
