Roppe Acquisition, FlashCove, Begins Manufacturing in Ohio

Fostoria, OH, July 20, 2017-FlashCove, recently purchased by Roppe Holding Company, has announced the startup of U.S. manufacturing in Fostoria, Ohio.

Duplicating the existing production line within Canada, the U.S. production will allow for easier material logistics and growth within the product line for current customers of FlashCove.

FlashCove provides a service to the commercial flooring contractor by taking existing specified sheet goods to be self coved or site formed within the installation and creating an easy to install self-coved product for the installation. FlashCove Prefabricated Base arrives on site with a bonded aluminum reinforcing backer that strengthens the weakest part of the base, the radius or cove. Where site formed flash coving is prone to punctures during maintenance and use, compromising hygiene; FlashCove base is guaranteed to stay puncture-proof for life. When using FlashCove, the installer is able to create an installation with a consistent radius to the product, performance backed by the puncture proof guarantee for hygiene and the labor savings with installation.
