Patcraft Commercial Carpet Unveils Pinstripe Tile

Dalton, GA, August 16--Bold graphic stripes and a visual color texture combine to create Pinstripe Tile’s stylized geometry, a new product from Patcraft Commercial Carpet. Solid color yarns balance combinations of multi-colored yarns with tiles featuring two scales of pattern. The design effect may range from subtle to bold depending upon the amount of contrast or color range within each colorway. This tile carpet has been designed to offer an expansive array of design possibilities through the exploration of installation methods – monolithic, ashlar, quarter-turned or random—creating strong design character with the repetition of color-softened stripes. Pinstripe Tile is tufted in a 1/10th gauge construction of textural yarns with a tufted yarn weight of 23 oz. It features 100% Eco Solution Q Premium Branded Nylon. Its styling and construction have been developed to function well in a wide range of end-use settings. Eco Solution Q is made from 25% reclaimed fiber, and can be recycled—cradle-to-cradle—into more carpet fiber again and again. When backed with EcoWorx, the industry’s first 100% non-PVC sustainable backing system, it gains further assurance as an environmentally sustainable flooring. EcoWorx is 40% lighter than PVC, yet 40% lighter for lower transport costs and carbon monoxide emissions. It is also 100% recyclable into more backing, completing the cradle-to-cradle circle for a 100% recyclable carpet. Pinstripe Tile is a companion product for Patcraft carpet Color Still Matters. It bears lifetime warranties relating to wear, colorfastness, stain removal, delamination and edge ravel and also complies with ADA guidelines for minimum static coeffi cient. It also has earned CRI’s Green Label Plus with regard to environmental standards.
