Mooresville, NC, September 30—With the expectation of holiday guests not to far off, Lowe's is promoting time and money saving: One Weekend and Done projects.
Melissa Birdsong, Lowe's trend and design director says, "the trick is to figure out which rooms or spaces need an update most and what projects are doable within the given timeframe. Then, take time to break the project down into manageable omponents that don't overwhelm."
Among the high-impact, low-effort projects that Lowe’s recommends homeowners can tackle and do in one weekend are:
--Tile With An Edge: The kitchen is a holiday hub of activity. Most homeowners would not attempt to tile their kitchen floor. Lowe's has also launched the website site Lowes.com/OneWeekend, to assist consumers. And, it will also hold special One Weekend and Done how-to clinics in stores every Saturday at 12 p.m. in October.
