Eustis Promoted to SVP U.S. Group Procurement for Toray Plastics America

North Kingstown, RI, August 17, 2023-Toray Plastics (America) announces that John Eustis has been promoted to senior vice president of U.S. group procurement at Toray Industries (America) and now supports the procurement activities of the Toray U.S. Group’s ten companies. 

Eustis was instrumental in establishing Toray’s Procurement Center of Excellence programs in 2020. He reports to Michael Brandmeier, deputy chief representative for Toray Industries (America) and has dotted-line reporting to Osamu Tsuneki, senior vice president and general manager of purchasing & logistics at Toray Industries. The promotion was effective July 1.

Eustis most recently served Toray as vice president of procurement at Toray Plastics (America), which he joined in 2008 as its director, procurement & logistics. He eventually held various leadership positions in procurement, logistics, and engineering. 

Toray makes nylon fiber and a host of other products.
