Diverzify Grows Focus with New Staff Position

June 9, 2023, Chicago, IL – Diverzify has hired longtime industry expert Rosie Sterling to fill a newly created role that will help connect national customers with Diverzify’s growing network of brands and tap into the resources and skilled workforce of its 50+ locations around the country. 

As the new national business development manager, Sterling will apply her 10+ years of experience in the flooring industry to help raise awareness of Diverzify’s expanded list of services and locations, with a focus on large-scale companies with a muti-market or national footprint.

“My experience as a top-producing territory manager on the manufacturing side has given me a wealth of knowledge that I plan to capitalize on to become a trusted resource for end users, as well as a respected partner for manufacturers and the A&D community,” Sterling says. “I have watched Diverzify evolve into a first-of-its-kind resource for the flooring and interior services industry over these last few years, and I am excited to join a strong team of leaders who represent the best-of-the-best in their fields.”

Prior to joining Diverzify, Sterling spend 10 years in sales with Milliken in the state of Florida.
