San Jose, CA, Jan. 13, 2015 — Distributor Butler-Johnson has gone out of business after 54 years.
The firm announced on its Facebook page that it would close operations as of Jan. 2.
The company was a wholesale distributor of flooring, tile, plumbing and countertop surfacing products, servicing Northern California and the greater Reno, Nevada areas.
No reason was given for closing.
