DFS Commercial Spins Off Maintenance Division

Foster City, CA, Oct. 29, 2010 -- DFS Commercial said it has spun out its restoration and maintenance services division to a newly formed corporation, DFS Green.

DFS Green will operate as a stand-alone corporation and provide restoration and maintenance services for business interiors on a national basis.

Both DFS Commercial and DFS Green will continue to operate in tandem to provide a full spectrum of flooring and textile products and services to commercial end-users, facility and property managers, design firms, and general contractors.

Seth Blanc has been appointed vice president of sales in the company’s Northern California operation. Will Wright has been appointed vice president of maintenance operations, and Diana Imburgia has been named vice president of finance and administration.
