Desso Develops App for Apple Mobile Devices

Waalwijk, The Netherlands, Aug. 24, 2011 -- Carpet manufacturer Desso has introduced a new application for Apple’s iPhone and iPad mobile devices to enable customers to choose and order from 1,000 business carpet samples from over 60 product ranges.
 
The app can be downloaded for free from the App Store and, with up-to-date visual information on all Desso’s carpet ranges.
 
The app displays all of Desso’s ranges together with technical specifications, and particular samples can be stored in 'My Samples' for later use or comparison, with immediate updates on new designs.
 
It also includes a search function. Users, for example, can search for all carpet that has Cradle to Cradle certification.
