California Wine Club Conducting Cork Drive

Camarillo, CA, July 12, 2011 -- The California Wine Club is conducting a nationwide cork drive in partnership with ReCORK.org.

The program gives consumers an easy way to return their corks with postage covered by The Club so they can be turned into flooring and other products.

The goal is to help ReCORK reach 20 million corks collected by September.

During the drive, consumers can win shoes from SOLE and free wine club memberships via Facebook and Twitter promotions and by sending in their corks.

The objective of the drive is to inform about the benefits of natural cork, a renewable material that can be repurposed.
