Beaulieu Sells Bridgeport Fibers Plant to Mohawk

Dalton, GA, April 11, 2017—Today, Beaulieu Group announced the sale of its Bridgeport Fibers Plant in Bridgeport, Alabama to Mohawk Industries.

This comes as part of the company's long-term strategic plan to streamline its product portfolio and manufacturing network to emphasize growth and profitability.

In January, Beaulieu announced that it would be closing the Bridgeport plant by March 31, 2017 as the beginning of its long-term strategic initiatives.

Beaulieu will continue to operate its Memofil fiber plant in Dalton, Georgia.
