Beaulieu Canada Raises Base Prices for Flooring Products

Acton Vale, QC, July 30, 2015--Beaulieu Canada will increase current base prices for all flooring products by 4% to 6%, effective September 1, 2015.

"As one of only a very few Canadian manufactures, Beaulieu Canada strives to invest significantly in new product development expand product sourcing and continues to work diligently to streamline its operations and maintain costs," said Mario Bergamin, executive VP of residential sales. "Notwithstanding these efforts, the continued weakening of the Canadian dollar against the U.S. dollar continues to affect our raw material costs, specifically U.S. sourced raw materials. You will understand that unlike product development and the streamlining of operations, currency fluctuations are beyond our control."
