Dalton, GA, June 15, 2026—The Flooring Consultants & Inspection Training Services (FCITS) program will host its Preventing Rigid Core Flooring Failures training on July 14-15, 2026, in Denver, Colorado. The course will provide flooring professionals with practical tools to identify risks early, improve decision-making, and reduce costly claims and callbacks.
As rigid core flooring continues to gain marketshare, installation-related claims and callbacks remain a significant challenge across the industry. This comprehensive training is designed to help attendees identify potential issues early, select the appropriate products for each application, and properly document jobsite conditions to reduce risk and improve project outcomes.
Participants will gain insight into:
• Common rigid core flooring issues occurring in the field
• Determining responsibility when flooring failures arise
• Proper site preparation and installation conditions
• Selecting the right product for specific applications
• Relative humidity (RH) guidelines for hybrid and SPC flooring products
• Reading, documenting, and writing reports for flooring-related issues
