Nashville Suburb One The South's Most Costly Residential Communities

New York, NY, March 28, 2024-"Just south of Nashville in Middle Tennessee is Williamson County, home to famous musicians and others in the music business. The county has a handful of communities, from bigger cities, like its hub, Franklin, with about 86,000 people, to smaller unincorporated areas with populations in the hundreds,” reports the Wall Street Journal.

“One of these communities is pastoral College Grove, whose 37046 ZIP Code has the Nashville area’s priciest homes as ranked by median listing price, at $3.04 million in February 2024, according to Realtor.com. (News Corp, owner of The Wall Street Journal, also operates Realtor.com.) It is also one of the top 10 most expensive ZIP Codes in the U.S.’s south by the same ranking. In College Grove, private communities with country club-like amenities attract high-end buyers who include executives working in Franklin, which is headquarters to more than 50 national and international corporations.”
