Välinge and Taizhou Huali Extend Agreement

Viken, Sweden, March 13, 2013--Välinge Innovation and Taizhou Huali Plastic Company has extended their cooperation on LVT with a license for use of Välinge's patented technologies on Fold Down installation, including the 5G mechanical locking system, and with an indemnification on patents from Mannington Mills Inc.

Taizhou Huali Plastic Co., Ltd is thereby the first licensee on LVT to include 5G in their license with Välinge. The companies have been working together since 2011.

The Fold Down technologies include indemnification from certain Classen patents, and all Huali's products will be marked with the holographic label system.
