Las Vegas, NV, Dec. 17, 2012 -- The Surfaces trade show in January is introducing the Business Enrichment Center, a dedicated area on the show floor offering attendees a focused environment for education, networking, and socializing.
Within the BEC, attendees will have the opportunity to relax and hear from key industry speakers on the Education Stage as they share advice and ideas on topics retailers can benefit from and implement in their business.
Some of the topics that will be presented include: “Closing Sales with Consumer Financing,”; “Don’t Compete on Price, Compete on Value,”; “How to Compete with the Big Box Retailers”; and “Minute to Win it – Understanding Your Customer in 60 Seconds or Less.”
The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA), whose booth is adjacent to the BEC, will also present topics on the Education Stage.
In addition to the Education Stage area, the BEC will feature a Social and Technology Trends Lounge where attendees can learn the most current trends in the world of Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, blogs and mobile apps.
Some of the topics that will be presented include, “Five Easy Ways to Use Linkedin to Improve Your SEO,” “Twitter as Your B2B Secret Weapon,” and “Three Rookie Facebook Mistakes That Will Kill Your Business.”
