Humidity, Temperature Focus of Wood Class

Raleigh, NC, June 10, 2013 -- North Carolina State University's and Virginia Tech's Wood Extension Departments are conducting a class for the  Floor Inspectors Educational Guild for installers, retailers, inspectors and manufacturers.

The class, Aug. 15-17 in Blacksburg, Virginia, will address the role that relative humidity and temperature play in the wood flooring industry, especially regarding engineered wood.

The class will focus on both technical and legal issues.

The tuition is $495.00 but World Floor Covering Association members will pay $247.50.
