Durable Goods Orders Continue To Grow
Washington, DC, June 25, 2013 -- Durable goods orders rose more than expected in May, according to Commerce Department figures.
Durable goods orders increased 3.6%, the government said.
Economists had expected orders to rise 3.0% after a previously reported 3.5% increase the prior month.
Orders excluding transportation rose 0.7% after advancing 1.7% in April.
