Distributors Freed, Premier Merge Product Lines

San Diego, CA, Jan. 7, 2013 -- California-based distributor J.H. Freed has purchased the assets of hardwood distributor Premier Flooring Solutions.

The combined product lines include Freed's portfolio of bamboo, cork, LVT, laminate and fiberglass sheet vinyl and Premier's hardwood flooring collections.

“It was critical when I decided to sell the assets of my business that I find a valued partner who, like myself, is customer focused with an emphasis on quality driven products rather than price,” said Tony LeFebvre, president of Premier Flooring Solutions, in a letter to customers.

“Finding a company like J.H. Freed & Sons who also was looking to expand their product categories by adding wood flooring made this a perfect fit.”
