Roy Foster Named QuickStep Sales VP

Thomasville, NC, June 14, 2006--QuickStep has announced the following recent changes to its organizational structure: Roy Foster has been named QuickStep’s vice president of sales. In his new role, Roy will strategically focus on the sales and operational performance of QuickStep while providing leadership and direction to the company’s sales organization. Prior to joining QuickStep, Roy spent eight years with American Olean, where his most recent role was that of general manager. Roy brings to QuickStep several years of flooring and distributor experience. His knowledge and experience will be a great asset not only to QuickStep but also to its distributor network. Fred Giuggio has been promoted to national sales director. Fred’s primary responsibility will be to work with the QuickStep sales team and distributors, executing strategies to increase sales and market share. Fred has played an integral role in the overall success of QuickStep. He joined the company in 2001 and has most recently held the position of eastern division sales manager. Fred has over ten years of flooring experience and was one of the first regional sales managers hired by QuickStep to launch the brand in the US. “We are pleased to welcome Roy and Fred into their new roles,” said Paul De Cock, president of QuickStep. “We are excited about the direction of QuickStep and expect great results from our sales team.”
