Roland Elbracht Named President Witex, USA

Augustdorf, Germany, July 7-- As previously announced by Witex in May 2005, the North American market will in future be handled directly by Witex Flooring Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of German-based Witex Holding. Witex was able to win the support of an experienced expert in the laminate industry and in the North American flooring market by bringing Roland Elbracht on board. As president of the newly established Witex Flooring Inc. with headquarters in Kennesaw, Georgia, his main role as of July 1, 2005 will be improving the contacts with OEM customers and also being responsible for the complete distribution of Witex products in the U.S.A. Elbracht was previously involved in setting up the company then known as Witex Inc. in the USA back in 1994, and he played a significant role in the success of the brand in America. Over the last several years Roland Elbracht also worked at Classen, USA and Robina, USA in the same capacity. Thomas Stock appointed new Manager of Real Estate Sales & Marketing On October 1, 2005, Witex will give the go-ahead for a new branch of sales & marketing. By launching the product groups elastoclic PUR, a high-quality, elastic polyurethane outer coating on HDF carriers (as of September 2005) and ceraclic, a mineral mounting plate with various, outer coatings suitable for the real estate sector (as of January 2006), Witex is reverting back to its formerly very successful contract business. Thomas Stock, who can also look back on a very successful career at Witex, was recruited as head of this new division. Having previously been with Pergo, Claasen and most recently Schock, Thomas Stock is one of the few experts in both fields, the laminate industry and the contract business. By filling these last two important sales & marketing positions with recognized specialists in the industry, Witex has now finally set the course for a successful future.
