Robina in Joint Venture With Chinese Firm

Kennesaw, GA, Jan. 27, 2009--Robina Floors said it has a joint venture with Penghong Flooring in Dalian, China.

Penghong is a manufacturer of ngineered hardwood flooring with a monthly capacity of 2 million square feet. All products are made in-house with Penghong's own birch coreboard that is FSC certified and 100% CARB compliant.

The factory is also certified ISO 9000:2001, which ensures efficient management and production processes. Under the specific terms of the agreement, Penghong will profile the flooring in accordance with Robina’s Valinge license.

Robina President Jason Loh said the partnership will expand his company's production base.
