Redi Carpet Acquires Salt Lake City Firm

Stafford, TX, Dec. 9, 2011 -- Multi-family flooring contractor Redi Carpet said it has acquired One Source Services of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Redi Carpet is the largest multi-family contractor in the country.

"This acquisition represents a tremendous opportunity for One Source and Redi Carpet," said Redi Carpet CEO Greg Waleke.

"We continue to grow our company so we are properly positioned to support all of our customers nationally."

The acquisition expands Redi Carpet's footprint in the west.

One Source owners Rick Spohn and Dan Davis are remaining with the firm.
