Redi Carpet Acquires Charlotte Contractor

Staffford, TX, Nov. 7, 2011 -- Redi Carpet, the nation’s largest exclusive multi-family flooring contractor, has acquired Solar Contract Carpet of Carolina, a multi-family flooring contractor located in Charlotte, N.C.

The acquisition enhances Redi Carpet’s acquisition last year of Seagull Floors, which had a location in Charlotte, Redi said.

“This acquisition will help strengthen our Charlotte location," said Redi Carpet CEO Greg Waleke.

"It takes a major step towards helping us become the premier multi-family flooring contractor in that market."
