RD Weis Acquires Clean Surfaces LLC

Livonia, MI, Sept. 25, 2014 -- RD Weis Companies has acquired Clean Surfaces, LLC.

Weis will assume all the maintenance and service base of Clean Surfaces.

Larry Burgan, formerly with Clean Surfaces, has been named manager of operations.

Flooring Services, Inc., a strategic partner of Clean Surfaces, will continue to work with the company on strategic opportunities with both companies.
