Novalis Adds Licensing Agreement with Unilin for NovaCore

Toronto, CA, January 21, 2016—On January 18, Novalis Innovative Flooring entered into an additional license agreement with Unilin’s licensing division by which its NovaCore product line (and other WPC-type products) will from now on also be licensed under the U.S. Floors patent portfolio.

Novalis entered into a licensing arrangement with Unilin in early 2010 and was at that time one of Unilin’s first licensed partners for LVT flooring. This cooperation has since then been expanded by adding WPC flooring, Unifit folddown technologies, Windmöller patent protection, and now also US Floors Coretec patent protection.
