Castagliuolo to Step Down as President of UCX in 2026, Mancini Appointed

Mansfield, MA, April 1, 2025-UCX has announced that Paul Castagliuolo, president since 2016, will step down from his position, effective January 1, 2026. 

At that time, in addition to the CEO role, Ray Mancini will assume the role of president on an interim basis.

Castagliuolo, who cited personal reasons for the decision and has been with the company for 27 years, will be working part-time in an advisory capacity for 2026.

With operations in over 20 states across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest, UCX is the culmination of three industry leaders in flooring distribution-The Belknap White Group, JJ Haines & Company, and Swiff-Train Company-uniting to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCX).
