Bob Butler, Founder of Bob's Carpet Mart, Dies

Safety Harbor, FL, December 9, 2016—Bob Butler, founder of Bob’s Carpet Mart, passed away December 1 at the age of 84.

Born in Virginia in 1932, Butler later moved to Florida. There, in 1969, he started the business in Bradenton, Florida after serving in the U.S. Air Force. Bob’s Carpet Mart now has 15 Florida locations and serves both the residential and commercial markets.

Bob is survived by his three children, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
