Avalon Carpet Promotes Managers

January 2, 2006--Avalon Carpet, Tile and Flooring recently promoted two managers to corporate leadership positions. Marc Martorano, of Marlton, was named vice president of carpet and related products and Sean O'Rourke, of Ocean City, is now vice president of hard surfaces. Prior to joining the company as product manager of carpet and related products, Martorano worked as store manager at a local wholesaler in Bellmawr. O'Rourke began his career as a sales representative at Avalon in 1991. Before joining the firm, he served as a sales representative at Color Tile, a Warren, Michigan-based flooring retailer.
