Mercerville, NJ, March 11, 2010--Congoleum Corp. reported a fourth quarter net loss of $8.2 million, or $0.99 per share, compared with a net loss of $6.4 million, or $0.77 per share, a year ago. Sales for the quarter were $28.1 million, compared with sales of $31.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2008, a decrease of 11.3%.
