Patrick Williams Opening Big Bob's Flooring Franchise in Cleveland

Warrensville Heights, OH, March 23, 2016—On April 1, Big Bob's Flooring Cleveland will officially open its doors for business.

Patrick Williams will be at the helm of the Cleveland store's operations. Williams has opened this location with his two partners Jack Howe and Greg Peeler.

Williams has owned WCCV Flooring for the past 22 years, after purchasing it from his parents. His leadership allowed for immense growth for that company, which specializes in new construction, property management, and commercial work. Williams expanded WCCV's services from hardwood flooring to include all flooring surfaces and brought the company from producing $1.2 million to $15 million in business annually.

Big Bob's Cleveland will be Williams' first franchise.

"We have a major presence in the new construction builder market, as well as the apartment replacement market in Northeastern Ohio. Retail cash and carry is a natural extension of our diversification strategy," said Williams. "I also envision four to six Big Bob's locations in northeastern Ohio.”
