Laticrete Announces 60th Birthday Celebration at Surfaces

Las Vegas, NV, January 21, 2016—Laticrete has announced its 60th anniversary celebration will take place at the Surfaces Conference at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas from January 20 to 22.

The theme of the celebration is “60 Years of Building Chemistry,” which recognizes the products and relationships the company has built over the last 60 years.

To celebrate this milestone, Laticrete will host a happy hour in its booth (#4523) at Surfaces from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. today. The happy hour is open to all Surfaces attendees.

Sixty years ago, Dr. Henry M. Rothberg’s pioneering work in the field of chemical engineering revolutionized installation techniques for the setting of ceramic tile and stone by the “adhesive mortar method.” Dr. Rothberg’s research is now the basis for all modern adhesives used today for the installation of ceramic tile and stone.
