LL Under Investigation by Consumer Product Safety Commission

Bethesda, MD, March 26, 2015—Lumber Liquidators is under investigation by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, reported commission chairman Elliot F. Kaye in a conference call.

Kaye says that his organization is actively investigating the company and testing products dating back to 2012.

The commission’s finding will be released in coming months, and Lumber Liquidators is said to be cooperating.
