Fire Damages Columbia Manufacturing Facility in Danville, Virginia

Danville, VA, June 21, 2016—A portion of Mohawk’s Columbia Flooring manufacturing facility in Danville, Virginia will be closed for the several days following a fire Monday night, reports WDBJ7.

The fire was centered in the production area of the plant and caused extensive damage to machinery and electrical equipment. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
