Consumer Prices Fall More Than Expected

Washington, DC, May 16, 2013 -- Consumer prices fell 0.4% in April on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
   
Economists expected the CPI to fall by 0.2% from March.
