Brintons Acquires Polish Rug Manufacturer FD Agnella

Kennesaw, GA, August 5, 2015—Brintons has acquired FD Agnella, the Polish-based manufacturer and supplier of high quality carpets and rugs.

Brintons is the royal warrantied carpet manufacturer, producing a wide range of Axminster and Wilton broadloom carpets, tiles and hand tufted rugs for both the domestic and commercial markets.

FD Agnella’s manufacturing expertise and product portfolio will further enhance Brintons’ offering.

In 2011, Brintons was backed by The Carlyle Group.
