Xpress Global Systems Acquires 7 Hills Transportation

Chattanooga, TN, July 2, 2021–Xpress Global Systems (XGS) has acquired 7 Hills Transportation, an asset-based carrier headquartered in Cartersville, Georgia.

Founded in 1986 and based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, XGS is the largest non-captive provider of rolled floorcoverings, including carpet, area rugs and turf, as well as hard surface floorcoverings.

The move announced this week represents XGS’s first acquisition since Aterian Investment Partners, a private investment firm, acquired the company in 2018.
