Windmoeller Announces New Leaders for U.S. Market

Marietta, GA, December 4, 2025-Windmoeller, the U.S. subsidiary of Windmöller GmbH, has announced key leadership appointments and a renewed focus on delivering value to customers in the U.S. resilient flooring market.

Ernest Kukshausen has been named president of Windmoeller. Silvia Staudenmaier has been appointed chief operating officer of Windmoeller. Julie Stegeman Welch has been promoted to vice president of sales leading U.S. national sales initiatives for the Wineo flooring brand.

Windmoeller Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Windmöller GmbH, providing flooring solutions under the Wineo flooring brand throughout the U.S. Windmöller GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1948 and the manufacturer of Purline bio-based polyurethane flooring.
