Willard Fortune of Fortune Carpets Dies

Calhoun, GA, August 17, 2018-Willard Fortune, former owner of Fortune Carpets, passed away August 14.

Born February 24, 1947, Fortune was a resident of Calhoun, Georgia at the time of passing.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Willard Fortune will be held on August 18 at 2:00 P.M. from the Calhoun Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with his son, Will Fortune II delivering the eulogy, and others speaking.

In lieu of flowers, Fortune's family requests that donations be made to an organization that was very close to his heart.
