WIFI Offering SEAL Training & Certification Program

Dalton, GA, June 22, 2026—Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), in collaboration with the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA), has opened registration for the next cohort of the SEAL (Seeking Excellence as Leaders) Training and Certification Program. 

Running virtually from August through November 2026, the program combines self-paced learning with monthly cohort meetings to help women in flooring strengthen their leadership skills and advance their careers. WIFI, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is providing partial scholarships for this SEAL cohort.

The cohort will kick off on July 23, followed by four monthly sessions held virtually:

• August 20 at 2:00 p.m. ET

• September 16 at 2:00 p.m. ET

• October 21 at 2:00 p.m. ET

• November 18 at 2:00 p.m. ET

Developed through a partnership between the WFCA and Lead Every Day, the SEAL Leadership Training and Certification Program helps participants strengthen leadership skills, increase self-awareness, and build the confidence to lead with greater impact. Through short lessons, practical action items, peer discussions, and monthly coaching calls, participants gain tools they can immediately apply in their careers and organizations.

Registration is now open, and WIFI-funded scholarships have reduced the cost for this cohort.
