Roslyn, NY, June 29, 2020-Walter (Wally) Ruttgeizer, 89, founder of Parterre Flooring, died June 13.
Prior to founding Parterre, Ruttgeizer founded Pinay Floors and served as principal of the former Wonder Works of America. He launched Parterre in 1991.
