The acquisition of Wade’s expands the Vilas Partners platform company, VPHS Flooring LLC, into the Southwest Florida flooring market.
Founded in 1979, Wade’s Interiors provides high-end installation, design and project planning services to homeowners, general contractors, builders, and designers across Manatee and Sarasota counties. Wade’s offers a complete portfolio of flooring products and a premium selection of window treatment solutions. These products are showcased in our 5,000-square-foot showroom, which includes a Hunter Douglas Gallery in Bradenton, Florida.
