Vic Folia Named VP, Sales & Operations for RD Weis Floor Care

New York, NY, March 20, 2025-Vic Fotia has been promoted to vice president, sales and operations, for RD Weis Floor Care, which serves APEX Group’s East Coast locations.

A 30-year industry veteran, Vic was formerly regional operations manager.
