Varden Joins Floorcloud Advisory Board

Boston, MA, January 18, 2023--Floorcloud announces the addition of Robert Varden to its board of advisors. Varden is currently the founder, president and CEO of UNITE and the International Floor Covering Training Alliance and is a consultant and advocate for professional installation and training.

He joins Mark Bischoff of Starnet, National Tile Contractors Association executive director Bart Bettiga and veteran project manager Paul Maggio on the Floorcloud board.

Floorcloud is the industry’s only cloud-based, jobsite conditions monitoring and data capture platform. It enables contractors to remotely monitor their installations in real time and compare jobsite conditions to the manufacturer’s specifications of the products being installed.

Over the past year, Floorcloud has begun working with organizations such as the National Wood Flooring Association and INSTALL to uncover new ways to integrate technology into installation training.
